5th Quarter is Back
PARENT INFORMATION
In order to ensure the safety of your student, they will be asked to sign out when they leave the event early. Sign-outs will take place at the front entrance of the parking lot before 10PM. A courtesy call will be placed to parents to notify them of their students early departure.
For the sake of safety and traffic, we ask that you refrain from using Jordan Rd and Minglewood school as places to pick-up and drop-off your students. Please help us be dropping your teens off and picking them up in the front parking lot of the Church. You can enter there from Cunningham lane. A Fifth Quarter worker will be present to help guide traffic.

If you need to get in contact with your student, have an emergency, or are unavailable to pick your student up on time, feel free to contact us to let us know

Rule Reminders
1)Be respectful of all adult leaders & each Other
2)You must be 12-17 years old or in grades 7-12
3)You must sign in and wear a wrist band
4)No one will be allowed to enter after 8:30PM
5)You must attend the 8:30 meeting
6)If you leave the property, you may not return. Whether you have signed in or not!
7)Grassy Areas, Car Lot, sides and back of building are all off limits
8)Drugs, Alcohol, and Tobacco will not be allowed
9)Offensive language, clothing, or materials are not permitted (this is to Park Lanes Discretion).
10)No fighting, Play fighting, or inappropriate touch
11)PDA, public display of affection, is limited to holding hands.
12)Backpacks are not permitted, if you have one you must check it in at sign in.
13)If you are skating, you need to have a medial release form on file.
Failure to Follow these expectations set forth by the Park Lane Church of the Nazarene may result in a call to parents and early dismissal from the event.
